Lighthouse Evaluation Services was founded by Florida Licensed Psychologist - Dr. John T. Blaze.

Dr. Blaze is family-oriented and a Christian Homeschooling Dad of 3. With his Ph.D. in School Psychology, he provides clear and easy answers to individuals & families that need it.

In addition to Florida Licensed Psychologist Credentials, Dr. Blaze is recognized by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists and the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) with a Certificate of Professional Qualification (CPQ). 

Dr. Blaze met all requirements and has obtained an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) from the PSYPACT Commission. He is now eligible to provide interjurisdictional services under the authority of PSYPACT to 42 states (FULL MAP)

Dr. Blaze lives in Florida with his wife & 3 children and strives to maintain good works (Titus 3:8 KJV) both in a personal and professional way.
